Green Supply Chain Productivity Modeling for Oyster Mushrooms Agroindustry Improvement

Oyster mushrooms agroindustry in Indonesia have been potential an effort to support local economic development. The objectives this paper are analysis the requirement of system design green productivity oyster supply chain, select important attributes and determine development strategies for increased productivity. In order analyze system, use case diagram Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) were used paper. Relief method was parameter which sufficiently describe environment variables affecting upstream downstream chain mushroom. Then, establish rule formation strategy formulation, Association Rules Mining applied. results with BPMN business flow can more easily. shows that most variable is sawdust. high corn ring produced low sawdust 100% confidence level value 0.167 This research expected facilitate prediction increase mushroom based on existing condition.
